WARRIOR DAY, inspired by special forces training and combined with team building excersises, is an elite training event for developing mental toughness, emotional resilience, and exceptional team abilities.

The program is designed to push individuals to their limits with intense workouts that aiming to bring out their best physical and mental capabilities.

The program is designed to be challenging, pushing participants to their limits while assisting them in how to control their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, as well as how to remain calm in stressful situations.

The program is inspired by resilient leadership skills that enable participants to maintain their energy levels under pressure, manage with disruptive changes, and adapt. To recover from setbacks.

The program aims to show anyone, regardless of physical size, how to overcome obstacles and develop inner power, ultimately transforming them into the best versions of themselves.

IMPORTANT

THIS EVENT IS NOT FOR EVERYONE

It is intended for people who are willing to step beyond of their comfort zone and challenge themselves like never before.

This event is just for individuals who are willing to face hard physical challenges and are ready for significant change.

We use tested and proven methods to foster personal growth, elite level teamwork and authentic leadership.

The 12-Hour WARRIOR  DAY is difficult by design, but it is doable for any motivated, healthy individual.who desire to realize their full potential andunleash their inner warrior.

 

Physical STANDARDS:

WST (WARRIOR STANDARD TEST)
Individual will be tested before participating:

  • 40 push ups (30 for women) in 2 minutes,40 sit-ups in 2 minutes and 40 air squats in 2 minutes – (2 minutes rest between each movement)

  • 20 Burpees non stop

  • 1.6 km run in boots and utility pants – 10 minutes

Medical Standard: In good medical health with a physical within one year of the event.
Any heart condition is a disqualifier**.

 

Character Standard: Prove to be a good teammate. We reserve the right to ask you to leave if you are not.
