We’re doing things a little differently — no shopping cart, no fuss. Just email us, and we’ll take care of the rest.

✅ Step 1: Send Us an Email

In your message, please include:

  • Item name 

  • Quantity

  • Size or color (if needed)

  • Your Adress  shipping address

✅ Step 2: Get a Reply


We’ll email you back within 24 hours with:

  • Your total

  • How to pay

  • Estimated shipping time

We’ll also confirm stock and answer any questions.

✅ Step 3: Send Payment


Once confirmed, just send your
payment via:

PayPal (we’ll send the link)

Then we’ll process your order and get it shipped!

Shipping, Returns & Refunds

We appreciate every single order — our products are in high demand and made just for you. That means things might take a little longer than your average fast-fashion drop, but trust us: it’s worth the wait.
 

📦 Shipping Info

Our small, dedicated team works hard to get the KAS-LA  FT.Warrior-Trim collection to your door.

Processing time: 3–7 business days

Estimated delivery: 10–15 business days, depending on your location.

We’ll send shipping updates as your order moves through the process.
 

Please note: While we do our best to ensure safe delivery, we’re not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
 

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Because each item is made to order, we’re only able to offer refunds for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

In the unlikely case that a mistake has been missed and If you receive your product and it is damaged, you’ve received the wrong item, or something seems to be the fault of the production, please get in touch with us immediately at warriortrim@gmail.com so that we can help resolve the issue within 14 days of delivery.
We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

We don’t currently offer exchanges, and all returns must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In original condition (tags attached, if applicable)

Returned using tracked shipping (customer is responsible for return costs)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method—please allow 10–15 business days for your bank to complete the refund.
